Actress Kaley Cuoco of “Big Bang Theory” fame has sold her home in Tarzana for $3.95 million, or about $3 million less than the original asking price — $6.9 million.

Cuoco, among the highest-paid television actresses during her run on “Big Bang,” bought the estate through a trust in 2014 for $5.499 million. Former Lakers forward Lamar Odom and reality television personality Khloe Kardashian were the previous owners.

Updated during the actress’ ownership, the Mediterranean-style home has about 8,000 square feet of curated living space, a rotunda entry, a movie theater, six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. A living room with a wet bar and a suspended bench/swing sit off the entry.

The two-story floor plan also has a formal dining room with coffered ceilings and a snazzy chef’s kitchen with a center island.

Outside, there’s a covered arbor, an outdoor kitchen and a swimming pool with a spa. The landscaped grounds cover three-quarters of an acre.

Cuoco, 34, appeared in the series “8 Simple Rules” and “Charmed” before starring as Penny in “The Big Bang Theory.” On the film side, her roles include “Authors Anonymous,” “The Penthouse” and “The Wedding Ringer.”

In with the new, out with the old

Oscar-winning actress Julia Roberts, who earlier this year was making moves in San Francisco, has quietly sold a Malibu property she owned in a trust for $8 million. Details are scant, as the transaction took place off-market.

The roughly one-acre estate sits across the street from the actress’ longtime residence in the Point Dume area.

Past a gated entry, the property contains a three-bedroom ranch house, gardens and a riding ring. A motor court and large grassy field fill out the front.

The property had been in the process of foreclosure before Roberts bought it in 2015 in another off-market deal for $6.84 million.

Roberts, 52, has scores of film credits, including “Steel Magnolias,” “Pretty Woman” and “My Best Friend’s Wedding.” She won an Academy Award for her leading role in the 2000 film “Erin Brockovich.”

On the real estate front, the actress maintains other property in California, including a century-old Victorian home in San Francisco that she bought through the same trust this year for $8.3 million. Four years ago, she sold a two-acre estate on the North Shore of Kauai for $16.2 million.

Filmmaker Anthony Russo, whose credits include “Avengers: Infinity War” and “Avengers: Endgame,” finally saw some action in Los Feliz. The director sold one of his two homes in the neighborhood for $2.05 million.

Russo more than doubled his money with the sale; he paid $901,000 for the place back in 2011.

Extensively remodeled during his stay, the two-story home holds three bedrooms and four bathrooms in roughly 2,100 square feet. Crown molding rings the entry, living room and dining room, and the kitchen adds custom cabinetry.

Outside, there’s a kidney-shaped pool, a pergola and fire pit.

Richard von Ernst of Compass held the listing. Patricia Ruben of Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer.

Russo, 50, is best known for co-directing four films set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe: “Captain America: The Winter Soldier,” “Captain America: Civil War,” “Avengers: Infinity War” and “Avengers: Endgame” with his brother Joe; “Endgame” recently became the highest grossing film of all time.

Last year, he bought a Pasadena mansion for $15.579 million. The Palladian-inspired Italian residence of about 10,000 square feet appeared in the 1980s soap opera “Dynasty,” as well as the films “Terms of Endearment” and “Billy Madison.”

Short-term stay at Jeter’s

Tom Brady wasted no time settling into Tampa, Fla. The legendary quarterback, who recently signed a two-year deal with the Buccaneers, is reportedly renting Derek Jeter’s waterfront mansion.

The palatial home spans 30,000 square feet with seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, an entertainment room and a billiards room. It’s found on Davis Islands, a Tampa neighborhood built on two man-made islands with about 5,500 residents.

An aerial photo reveals a spacious back patio with a swimming pool, spa and private dock with two boat lifts. Decks and balconies line the backside of the home and take in views of the bay.

The property is about a 15-minute drive from Raymond James Stadium, where the Buccaneers have played since 1998.

At 30,000 square feet, Brady’s new home is three times the size of his longtime mansion in Massachusetts, currently up for grabs at $33.9 million. The posh five-acre property centers on a 10,000-square-foot manor built by architect Richard Landry.

The star quarterback has a penchant for impressive estates. He and his wife, supermodel Gisele Bündchen, once owned a French chateau-style home on four acres in Brentwood, which they sold in 2014 to Dr. Dre for $40 million.

In two decades with the Patriots, Brady racked up six Super Bowl titles, four Super Bowl MVP awards and three NFL MVP awards. He’s never had a losing season as a starter and is the only quarterback to reach 200 regular-season wins.

His new deal with the Buccaneers is worth $50 million with nearly $9 million in incentives.

More than just peanuts

A Montecito home owned by Jill Schulz, daughter of beloved cartoonist and “Peanuts” creator Charles M. Schulz, has sold for $5.05 million.

The Bermuda-style residence, built in the 1960s, was renovated and furnished by Los Angeles-based designer Jonathan Barnett.

The single-story house features dark wood floors that provide visual contrast against light gray-hued rooms. Contemporary artwork depicting Snoopy, Lucy and other “Peanuts” characters accent the subdued color scheme.

The floor plan includes a formal entry and a formal living room that opens to a day room/den. A formal dining room sits across the entry. An island/breakfast bar anchors the skylight-topped kitchen. A yoga studio, five bedrooms and six bathrooms are among other living spaces.

The home sits on a gated one-acre lot dotted with mature palms and landscaping native to Hawaii. A custom barbecue and bar, a swimming pool, a putting green and a fire pit are among outdoor amenities.

Carl Gambino of Compass was the listing agent. Riskin Partners Group represented the buyer.

Schulz competed and performed as a figure skater before becoming a spokesperson for Rollerblade in the 1980s. She serves as producer, director and choreographer for All Wheel Sports Productions, an action sports theatrical company.
