TV Reports Arrests in Mumbai Train Attacks

Indian police investigating the Mumbai train bombings have made the first formal arrests, the NDTV news channel reported today.
Police are interrogating the three men about the July 11 attacks, which killed 207 people and wounded more than 800, it said. Police could not immediately be reached to confirm the report.
