Teen Accused of Killing 6 During Shooting Spree
A 16-year-old boy has been charged with killing six people and wounding another during a two-day shooting spree outside Philadelphia, a prosecutor said.
The teenager’s name wasn’t released, but Camden County Prosecutor Lee A. Solomon said he plans to try him as an adult.
Four bodies were found Feb. 7 in a house in West Atco, the town where the boy lives, Solomon said.
All four, in their 30s and 40s, had been shot to death three days earlier, he said.
The next night, he allegedly shot and wounded an 18-year-old youth, Solomon said. He then allegedly killed two men, who authorities said may have seen the first shooting.
