Riverside North scored five runs in the first inning of its Southern Section Division 1 semifinal game against Lakewood at Blair Field.

The Lancers came out shaky defensively, and North was aggressive at the plate. Gabriel Clark had a two-run single and Evan Perez had a two-run inside-the-park home run.
