Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren issued a statement Monday that they have divorced.
The announcement came nine months after Woods’ car crash outside his home near Orlando, which triggered revelations that the golf superstar had cheated on his wife.
The divorce case was filed in Bay County Circuit Court in Florida’s Panhandle, according to the Associated Press. The financial terms of the divorce were not revealed.
The couple married in October 2004 and have two children, Sam, 3 and Charlie, 1. A statement issued through their attorneys said the two will ‘share parenting’ of their children.
