Steve Harvey‘s ex-wife Mary Harvey has taken to YouTube to bash her marriage to the comedian and radio personality.

The former Mary Shackelford, Harvey’s second wife, said she’s speaking out now because she’s being sued by her ex-husband in Texas, where he alleges that he was passed up to host an Oprah Winfrey-backed show because of her.

‘When I try to move forward, I keep getting pulled back into a situation that I don’t want to be a part of,’ Mary Harvey said.

In what begins and ends like a plug for Shanae Hall‘s ‘Why Do I Have to Think Like a Man?’ — which includes a ‘bonus chapter’ responding to Steve Harvey’s relationship book, ‘Straight Talk, No Chaser’ — Mary spelled out her side of the story while sitting on a couch in a series of three videos that clocks in at more than 25 minutes total. The videos were posted Friday. The video above is the second in the series.

‘The ex-wife is fully aware of the court’s current orders and permanent injunctions which prohibit either party, their lawyers or representatives from discussing and releasing information on the Internet and to the media,’ Steve Harvey’s lawyer, Bobbie Edmonds, said in a statement to People, adding that Harvey’s camp would be taking legal action regarding the videos.

Mary Harvey detailed the birth of their son, Wynton, and her husband’s alleged infidelity with Marjorie Bridges, whom he married in 2007. Mary talked about the first time she confronted Marjorie on the phone, and she also posted a detailed exchange between Marjorie and Steve in which they were talking about their sexual trysts.

‘It kind of felt like I had been shattered to pieces,’ Mary Harvey said. ‘Even knowing what I knew, I was not at that point to cut my losses. I love my family, I worked for my family, my family was my support, my foundation. I wanted a family for my son, something I never had.’

She recalled happy memories, like the day he her ex asked her out while she was working at a cosmetics counter, and bad memories, including their time living in their car and saving loose change to make it to a gig the next day.

‘Steve and I literally came from nothing. I had worked hard, I had given it my all up to that point to help make him successful.

Mary accused Steve, the author of a couple of relationship books, of perjury when he told a judge that he built his life and career himself. The two were divorced in 2005.

‘The not having closure part was really devastating, but on top of that he took my Wynton. He turned my son against me, had me evicted from our house. Thrown out. All the businesses, all the money, the cars, at a moment when I was down he manipulated everything against me.’

Meanwhile, Steve and Marjorie are having a lovely time aboard the Disney Dream cruise ship.
